We take the security of our customers seriously and thus we take reasonable steps to protect your information. For submitting the order you are redirected to the secure order page. Do you ship to my area?

The orders are shipped to almost all countries of the world, for the exception of some countries in Asia.

Where the pills are sent from?

The medications are manufactured in India, thus the orders are processed and sent out from there.

What packages do you use? Will I have to sign for the shipment?

Your privacy is very important for us. Your order will be sent in a discrete envelope that will be left in your mail box. You will not have to sign for it in case the order is sent by Standard Mail.

What are the shipping methods?

Currently we offer two shipping methods:

  1. Courier Service: the packages sent by this postal service can be tracked by the tracking number supplied after the order is shipped.
  2. Standard International Airmail: the packages sent by this postal service can NOT be tracked.
What are the shipping rates? When can I expect the delivery?

The shipping rates vary depending on the shipping type you choose and on the country of the destination. Please check the table below:

* We will not be able to send your order by Courier Service if you specify a PO box in your shipping address or if you give us a wrong telephone number.

Will my order be shipped the same day I purchase?

The products we sell are in stock for immediate delivery. However we have to check your order first to make sure that the shipping information is correct, after that the product you have ordered is packed and only then it is sent out. All these procedures take about 1-2 days.

Can my order be delayed at customs?

If this happen, you'll be informed. They ask the recipient to come and give a permission to examine the parcel. After that you should receive your products. If you have any problems with getting your order, please let us know and we will try to resolve the problem.

What if the package is damaged or something is missing?

In this case you are to contact our support team and notify of the problem. We will either resend the package or refund your payment. See Our policies for more information.

Please note that if there are 90 or even more pills in your order, the order will be sent in several packages: you will get 30 pills plus 4 gift pills in the first envelope and the second package with the balance (60 pills) will be delivered a week later.

How much will I have to pay if you reship the product?

We will reship the product free of charge. No additional charges will be placed.

The order has not been sent out yet. I need to change the shipping details. What should I do?

In your account section (Track Order) you can leave us a message to cancel the order or to change the shipping information.

Active ingredient: Allopurinol

Treating gout. It is used to treat high uric acid levels in the blood or urine caused by certain types of cancer chemotherapy. It is also used to treat certain patients with calcium oxalate kidney stones and high amounts of uric acid in the urine. It may also be used for other conditions as determined by your doctor.

Some medical conditions may interact with Allopurinol. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have any medical conditions, especially if any of the following apply to you:

  • if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or are breast-feeding
  • if you are taking any prescription or nonprescription medicine, herbal preparation, or dietary supplement
  • if you have allergies to medicines, foods, or other substances
  • if you have kidney or liver disease, heart problems (eg, congestive heart failure), bone marrow problems, high blood pressure, or diabetes

Some MEDICINES MAY INTERACT with Allopurinol. Tell your health care provider if you are taking any other medicines, especially any of the following:

  • Amoxicillin or ampicillin because the risk of developing a skin rash may be increased
  • Chlorpropamide because the risk of low blood sugar may be increased
  • Dicumarol or oral anticoagulants (eg, warfarin) because the risk of bleeding may be increased by Allopurinol
  • Thiazide diuretics (eg, hydrochlorothiazide) or uricosurics (eg, probenecid) because they may increase the risk of Allopurinol 's side effects
  • Cyclosporine or thiopurines (eg, azathioprine, mercaptopurine) because the risk of their side effects may be increased by Allopurinol

This may not be a complete list of all interactions that may occur. Ask your health care provider if Allopurinol may interact with other medicines that you take. Check with your health care provider before you start, stop, or change the dose of any medicine.

Use Allopurinol as directed by your doctor. Check the label on the medicine for exact dosing instructions.

Ask your health care provider any questions you may have about how to use Allopurinol.

All medicines may cause side effects, but many people have no, or minor, side effects. Check with your doctor if any of these most COMMON side effects persist or become bothersome:

Diarrhea; nausea.

Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur:

Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); blood in urine or painful urination; dark urine; fever, chills, or sore throat; irritation of the eyes; joint pain; loss of appetite; red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin; stomach pain; unexplained weight loss; unusual bruising or bleeding; unusual muscle pain or weakness; yellowing of the skin or eyes.

The expiry date is mentioned on each blister. It is different for different batches. The shelf life is 2 years from the date of manufacture and would differ from batch to batch depending on when they were manufactured.
